We almost didn’t make it. The road was so bad going up that I almost gave up a couple times but Kylee and I were determined to make it to one of Iceland’s tallest waterfalls, Haifoss. We managed to make it and after seeing the waterfall, we started exploring this land that was like a scene from a bygone era. Amidst our wondering, Kylee and I got separated. There was a short while where I didn’t exactly know where she was, until I saw her walk up a hill overlooking the Fossa River.
