12 Calming Pictures of Nature to Help Reduce Your Stress

In this time where we find ourselves questioning the structure of our society on things like racial equality and health, it does lead, at least for me, added stress and anxiety. For me (and probably many others), I would take solace out in the natural world. Numerous studies have shown that being out in nature is good for not only your physical health but your mental health as well, specifically with reducing your stress. Sadly, for a lot of us, it’s harder to get out to the wild places of the world and get our dose of nature. So I would like to share twelve photos to help us stay calm and inspire you a little. Most of these are for sale as prints so if you’re curious, just click the button below and leave a comment on which one relaxes you the most!
